Dressage - Working Equitation - Competitive Distance

Mo is definitely Bigger! Though he measures just under 15.2hh, he feels like a much bigger horse with a well-balanced body and sturdy bone. He is a purebred Arabian by So Big is Better, who won a graded stakes race at age 11, so durability is in his genes. He is very people-oriented and likes to interact with his person on the ground and under saddle. He and I have learned some classical dressage together and he tries very hard to please and enjoys the concentration and interaction dressage requires. He would do quite well in dressage or Working Equitation and has shown promise in Working Eq clinics.
On trail he is forward, brave and tireless. He has won some NATRC competitive trail rides (he's great at the obstacles!) as well as completed several AERC rides. Though he has not been ridden at speed yet, we will be adding some speed this year. He takes great care of himself at rides, eating and drinking well, and is relaxed and tidy camping out on a high tie. Mo will be an excellent partner for a skilled and tactful rider who wants a horse that is forward and obedient to seat and leg aids. If you are looking for an endurance horse, and you help him manage his emotions, he will help you achieve your long-term endurance goals. He is tough-footed and needs a knowledgeable hoof-care specialist who will keep his hooves at their best and most balanced with frequent trims.
